About Anywhere Pilates

Anywhere Pilates is a state of mind. It is the practice of using what we learn in Pilates class everyday, all the time, and anywhere. It is a spotlight on standing properly, breathing correctly, eating healthily, and getting the sleep necessary to have an efficient day. How many times have you found yourself standing in line somewhere and finding that your hip aches? Or after sitting at a desk all day your neck is sore? Or while walking down the hall you are out of breath? We live such busy lives; our fast paced lifestyle is full of physical and mental stress. We encounter dangerous threats to our well-being all the time! Whether you spend your day hunched over a keyboard, stand on your feet for hours, or sit in traffic during your daily commute, you are creating havoc in your mind and body.
